Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of services by Push The Limit.

By booking or engaging Push The Limit for workshop services, you agree to the following terms.

Services

Push The Limit provides on-site disability awareness workshops for childcare centres and preschools.

All sessions are delivered in a professional, age-appropriate and structured format.

Workshop content may be adjusted to suit the age group and needs of the service.

Bookings

Bookings are confirmed once:

• A booking request has been submitted
• Availability has been confirmed
• Written confirmation has been provided

Push The Limit reserves the right to decline bookings where appropriate.

Fees & Payment

Workshop fees are as outlined on the website or as agreed in writing.

Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Invoices must be paid within the agreed timeframe unless otherwise arranged.

Client Responsibilities

The booking centre agrees to:

• Provide a safe and appropriate space for the workshop
• Ensure adequate supervision by educators during sessions
• Inform Push The Limit of any relevant health, safety or accessibility requirements
• Ensure participant numbers align with agreed session limits

Push The Limit does not assume supervisory responsibility for children. Educators remain responsible for behaviour management and supervision at all times.

Equipment & Materials

All workshop equipment is supplied by Push The Limit.

The centre agrees to ensure that equipment is used appropriately under guidance during the session.

Any deliberate damage to equipment may incur replacement costs.

Liability

Push The Limit delivers workshops with due care and professionalism.

However, to the extent permitted by law, Push The Limit is not liable for:

• Injuries arising from failure of the centre to provide adequate supervision
• Incidents occurring outside the structured workshop activities
• Indirect or consequential losses

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling terms are outlined in the Booking Cancellation Policy.

Intellectual Property

All workshop materials, content and resources remain the intellectual property of Push The Limit.

Materials may not be reproduced, recorded or distributed without written consent.

Amendments

Push The Limit reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
