Service Description
Parents and carers have one of the greatest influences on the way children see themselves, relate to others and understand the world around them. The conversations we have at home, the behaviours we model and the values we reinforce help shape the adults our children will become. Push The Limit's Parenting Workshops provide practical, evidence-informed strategies to help families raise children who value kindness, inclusion, respect and belonging. Through engaging discussions, real-life examples and interactive activities, parents and carers will gain the confidence to navigate conversations about diversity, disability, bullying, resilience and mental wellbeing in age-appropriate and meaningful ways. Together, we can create home environments where every child feels supported, empowered and equipped to make a positive difference in their community.
Cancellation Policy
Last Updated: 2nd March 2026 We understand that schedules change. This policy ensures clarity and fairness for both parties. Cancellation by the Centre If a booking needs to be cancelled or rescheduled: • More than 14 days’ notice - No cancellation fee • 7–14 days’ notice - 25% of session fee may apply • Less than 7 days’ notice-– 50% of session fee may apply • Same-day cancellation - Full session fee may apply Where possible, we will attempt to reschedule your booking. Cancellation by Push The Limit In the unlikely event that Push The Limit must cancel due to illness, emergency or unforeseen circumstances: • The session will be rescheduled at a mutually agreed date OR • A full refund will be provided Weather or Emergency Closures If your centre closes due to extreme weather or emergency circumstances, rescheduling options will be discussed in good faith. Late Arrivals If the session start time is delayed due to centre-related factors, the session may still conclude at the originally scheduled finish time.
